San Juan Outdoor Club. 6-8 p.m., PLPOA Clubhouse, 230 Port Ave. Doug Coombs, club member and accomplished amateur photographer, will give a presentation highlighting four of his photography safaris to Africa. He will provide suggestions for trip planning, including information on tour companies, particularly companies that focus on photographic expeditions. He will also note some of the challenges involved in touring in Africa. And of course, there will be beautiful photos that he has taken during his safaris.
