From the Sept. 9, 1993, Pagosa SUN — The Pagosa Pirates won the 10th annual Pagosa Invitational Cross-country Meet Saturday. Left to right, Toby Rohwer, Jeromi Kummell, Lenny Ecker and Frank O’Cana gladly accepted the team trophy after coach Shirley Cope announced Pagosa had won first place with a low score of 22 points.
