Pirates send 14 athletes to state championships

Fourteen Pirate athletes will represent Pagosa Springs High School at the Track and Field State Championships at Jeffco Stadium Thursday, May 16, through Saturday, May 18.

Pirates enter postseason as No. 28 seed

The Pagosa Springs High School Pirate baseball team drew the regular season to a close Monday afternoon by splitting a home doubleheader with the Alamosa Mean Moose, and is now entering the 3A playoffs as the No. 28 seed.

‘My fingers are crossed’: Pirates eye state rankings heading into final meet

Saturday, May 4, was a good day for the Pagosa Springs High School track and field teams, with both the Pirates and Lady Pirates taking first at the 10-team Terry Alley Invitational and a number of Pirates improving their results by large margins.
