Once again, community members, neighbors and veterans will gather at Hilltop Cemetery at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 16, for our third-annual Wreath Remembrance Day.
The public is invited to attend the third year of Hilltop Cemetery’s participation in the Wreaths Across America program to remember our fallen, honor our active duty military, and teach our children about the sacrifices others have made for our nation.
The ceremonies will include a flyover, remembrance of our military and veterans.
We look forward to the community assembling on this special day. Please join us.
Dress for the weather. Warm refreshments are planned. Arrive early for the best parking. Bring seating, if necessary.
The public is welcome and are needed to stay after the ceremony for individual wreath laying on the marked graves of the known veterans at Hilltop Cemetery.
