Ladies, block out Oct. 5 on your busy calendar to attend the second annual 2024 Runway for Rise.
Dig out those slightly used “dress-up clothes” and make plans with your gal pals to attend this “Frugal but Fabulous” fundraiser for Rise Above Violence.
The inaugural event was a big hit last year, and promises to be the fall event not to miss.
The Sultry Sisters Team is composed of two runway veterans and two newbies. Last year Becca Gartmann, several months pregnant, proudly showed off an adorable outfit composed of trash bags and duct tape. This year they are diligently assembling egg cartons, tape, natural elements and thrift store purchases to amaze the audience. They will model their creation while the audience rewards their creative efforts with their dollars.
As educators with Wings Early Childhood Center these ladies believe that Rise Above Violence “makes a vital difference to the well-being of our community, supporting families through some of the most challenging times they may face.”
We are delighted to welcome back this fun team.
Join the Sultry Sisters in supporting this organization that passionately makes a stand against domestic violence and sexual assault in Pagosa.
Tickets to attend this unique evening will go on sale Aug. 26 and we expect to sell out quickly.
