PUBLIC HEARING
The Town Council for the Town of Pagosa Springs will be holding a public hearing for a new Marijuana Products Manufacturer license application, dated June 28, 2024. The new license is from A & M LLC dba Border Buds located at 84 Goldmine Drive. The applicants Amber Wojcik (part owner) telephone number (970) 769-1902 and Mary Calandra (part owner) telephone number (847) 513-2746. The public hearing will be held on Tuesday August 6, 2024, at 5:00 p.m. at Town Hall 551 Hot Springs Blvd. All people wishing to comment should be available in-person or have written comments in the office of the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 2, 2024.
