New Thought Center announces upcoming events

The Sunday service at 5 p.m. on Aug. 25 will be “The Bible & Astrology, Is There A Connection?” with Julie Loar, award winning author, astrologer and Egyptologist speaker. 

Upcoming events

Every Thursday, 6 p.m.: Illuminations. Various subjects and speakers. A love donation will be accepted.

Aug. 22, 6 p.m.: Niara Isley , author of “Facing The Shadow, Embracing the Light: A Journey of Spirit Retrieval & Awakening,” will speak about her experiences that inspired her to write about her journey. A love donation will be accepted.

Aug. 23, 5-7 p.m.: Chamber of Commerce Business After Hours. Come visit and learn about new programs and experiences for the body, mind and spirit inspirations. Admission is $8 for Chamber guests. There will be food, music by the Retrocats and a bar.

Aug. 25, 5 p.m.: Sunday evening service with Julie Loar, award winning author and astrologer.

New Thought events are held at 3505 W. U.S. 160, on the second floor of the Pagosa Lodge (elevator available).
