Services for Janice L. Riggs (1944-2024) will be held at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, 225 S. Pagosa Blvd., in Pagosa Springs, Colo., on Oct. 12, at 10 a.m. There will be a light reception directly following the service. Please send flowers to the staff and residents of BeeHive Homes in Pagosa Springs or the staff at Mercy Hospice in Durango in lieu of sending them to her service.
