From the Archuleta County Sheriff's Office:
We are aware that cellular service is currently disrupted in the area. If your phone supports Wi-Fi calling and you have access to a working Wi-Fi connection, you may still be able to make and receive calls and send messages. Please enable Wi-Fi calling in your phone's settings if available.
Landline service has not been affected. 911 calls are being routed to Durango Dispatch at this time and local law enforcement, fire, and medical services will still respond to calls.

Sabemos que actualmente el servicio celular está interrumpido en la zona. Si tu teléfono admite llamadas por Wi-Fi y tienes acceso a una conexión Wi-Fi que funcione, es posible que aún puedas hacer y recibir llamadas, así como enviar mensajes. Por favor, activa las llamadas por Wi-Fi en la configuración de tu teléfono, si está disponible.
El servicio de telefonía fija no se ha visto afectado. Las llamadas al 911 se están desviando en este momento a la central de Durango, y las autoridades locales, los bomberos y los servicios médicos seguirán respondiendo a las llamadas.
