April death ruled accidental drowning

The April death of Jeremiah Enriquez Villareal has been ruled an accidental drowning by a pathologist.

Archuleta County Sheriff Mike Le Roux announced the results via press release late Tuesday.

On April 18, the Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office (ACSO) and Colorado Bureau of Investigation (CBI) announced that a body was located in Lake Pagosa and positively identified as 22-year-old Villarreal, who was reported missing days earlier.
