During a work session held by the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) on Tuesday, Feb. 15, the board discussed the possibility of approving funds to help with the expansion of the Ruby M. Sisson Memorial Library, and funds to make improvements to the Pagosa Springs History Museum.
