At a regular meeting held by the Archuleta County Board of County Commissioners (BoCC) on April 20, the board approved a letter to be sent to the Southern Ute Indian Tribe, the Bureau of Indian Affairs and the Bureau of Reclamation requesting funds for emergency repairs along County Road 500 where the bank of the road is eroding into the San Juan River.
