The adoption of a purchasing policy for the Town of Pagosa Springs was tabled for further discussion following conversations among the Pagosa Springs Town Council members at a regular meeting on Sept. 17 regarding what funds can be used for purchases, as well as a threshold number for when purchases need to be approved by council.
