A 60-acre fire is currently burning south of New Mexico Highway 64 between U.S. 84 and Dulce.
According to Archuleta County Sheriff’s Office Director of Emergency Operations Mike Le Roux, the fire is currently is moving south on Bureau of Land Management land.
Air resources and hand crews are currently working the fire. A Type 3 incident management team and apparatus are en route to the fire.
