Broadband report: Town, county looking for action plan

The long-awaited report from NEO Connect, a consultant engaged by the Southwest Colorado Council of Governments (SWCOG), offering recommendations to attain legitimate broadband service within the region was finally presented to the SWCOG’s board on Friday, Jan. 20.
