The spring weather was all over the board, but, in spite of the snow, rain and cold, folks who attended Wildfire Preparedness Day offered good company, conversation and information.
The Colorado State Forest Service (CSFS), FireWise of Southwest Colorado, San Juan Headwaters Forest Health Partnership, the Town of Pagosa Springs and San Juan National Forest offered a tour of recently conducted forest health treatments on Reservoir Hill and discussion of community preparation for wildfire on Saturday, May 7, National Wildfire Preparedness Day.
