Police seek help identifying shoplifting suspects

According to Detective Scott Maxwell, at approximately 1:40 p.m. on July 9, a male suspect entered the store in downtown Pagosa Springs, entered the back stockroom area of the store and concealed two pairs of cowboy boots in a shopping bag before carrying them out of the store.

A female accomplice was with the man in the store, Maxwell indicated.

According to Maxwell, the male suspect is white, appeared to be in his 30s, had short brown hair, a slim build and is 6 feet 3 inches or 6 feet 4 inches tall. He wore black plastic-rimmed glasses.
