The Archuleta County Republican Women have invited Mike Church and Glenn Walsh to speak about the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) and related water issues at our meeting on Aug. 11 at noon at The View Restaurant.
Church, president of PAWSD, has a degree in civil engineering and has had extensive experience in civil engineering involving water, sewer and storm drainage projects that include design, construction and public works infrastructure.
