Celebrate five years of the Americana Project at Pagosa Springs High School by attending the Great Date and Dance Gala on April 25 at the Pagosa Center for the Arts, featuring Nosotros, a Latin rhythm band from Santa Fe.
The evening will include a live auction of date packages, performances by Americana students, the hot music of Nosotros and lots of dancing. Auction items include a private plane ride to Telluride, hot air balloon rides, Four Corners Folk Festival tickets and Durango lodging.
The Americana Project at Pagosa Springs High School is an innovative music and arts education program. The project was started locally in 2010 by the joint efforts of Bob Hemenger, Christine Funk, local volunteers and donors.
