During an emotional sentencing hearing late Wednesday morning, an Archuleta County man, Kevin Dale Maxwell, was sentenced to 15 months in the Colorado Department of Corrections for tampering with physical evidence — a charge that stemmed from the death of another Archuleta County man, Jesse Hanson-Colburn, in 2014.
