Jared Earley, the driver in an October accident that killed a New Mexico man, pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide DUI on May 6.
He is scheduled to be sentenced Aug. 6.
The accident occurred on Oct. 1, 2013. Earley was arrested on Oct. 31, 2013, and was subsequently charged with vehicular homicide DUI and driving under restraint for an alcohol-related reason.
