Storm spotter training course offered

The National Weather Service will present the 2014 Severe Storm Spotter Training course on Wednesday, April 23, in Pagosa Springs.

Attendees will learn how to identify and report significant and severe weather to the National Weather Service. You will also learn more about weather safety. This two-hour Basic Storm Spotter class will be held at the Archuleta County Emergency Operations Center located next to Nick’s Hangar at 777 County Road 600 (Piedra Road).

If you are interested in severe weather, please show up for this free training. There is no registration required.
