Next Tuesday, Nov. 19, personnel from the Archuleta County school district and San Juan Basin Health Department will present data from the Healthy Kids Colorado Survey.
The survey is completed by students in grades six-12 every other year in Archuleta County.
The presentation, which will include open discussion, will report on the behaviors and perceptions of the youth in the community and trends shown by survey data.
Topics expected to be covered include alcohol, tobacco and other drug use, personal safety and violence in the school, extracurricular activities, mental health, sexual health and risk/protective factors.
The event is scheduled from 6-7 p.m. at the Ross Aragon Community Center.
