Pagosa Springs town council member Kathie Lattin crossed to the other side of the bench at Tuesday night’s meeting, momentarily giving up her position as a councilor to take a spot at the presenter’s table alongside Parks and Recreation Director Tom Carosello, who presented a market analysis and feasibility study for a proposed community recreation center.
Mark Weiler, who in the past has been actively involved in doing financial research for the project, was in the audience to listen and provide support, but didn’t step forward to the table or take part in the presentation.
