Forgoing a full trial, the Town of Pagosa Springs’ attorney and the attorney for the plaintiffs involved in a complaint about the town’s recently enacted short-term rental fee filed a joint notice of a discovery and briefing schedule which was approved by Chief Judge Jeffrey Wilson of the Sixth Judicial District on Aug. 8.
