Will the return of the El Niño mean an increase in snow for the Pagosa area? We’ve started out this winter with a below-average snowpack, but will our snow dances pay off? Come listen to Arleen’s forecast and learn just enough about the Madden-Julian Oscillation to amaze your friends at your upcoming holiday parties.
