You are hereby notified that on the 21st day of August, 2024, the estate of the above named decedent was admitted to ancillary probate by the above named court, and that Jill Montreuil, of Estherville, Iowa was appointed as the domiciliary foreign personal representative (Administrator) of the decedent’s Colorado estate.
Notice is further given that all persons indebted to the decedent or to her estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned.
You are hereby further notified that all persons having claims against the above-named estate are required to present them to the undersigned or to the District Court of Archuleta County, Colorado, on or before:
