NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED FEE SCHEDULE
FOR THE PAGOSA FIRE PROTECTION DISTRICT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a proposed fee schedule has been submitted to the Board of Directors of the Pagosa Fire Protection District, which fee schedule will include fees for emergency services provided outside the District’s boundaries. A copy of the proposed fee schedule is on file in the District’s administrative office at 165 North Pagosa Blvd., Pagosa Springs, Colorado, where the same is open for public inspection. The Board of Directors will conduct a public hearing on the proposed fee schedule at the District’s administrative office on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at 5:30 p.m., at which time the Board will consider final adoption of the fee schedule. Any interested party may attend the public hearing and may, at any time prior to final adoption of the fee schedule, inspect and file or register any comments or objections thereto.
