INVITATION TO BID
Separate sealed BIDS for an Archuleta County Housing Needs Assessment will be received by Archuleta County, Colorado at the Finance Office, 398 Lewis Street, P.O. Box 1507, Pagosa Springs, Colorado 81147, until 3:30 P.M. local time on July 5, 2024. The project consists of preparing a county-wide Housing Needs Assessment to identify gaps between our current housing market and local workforce housing needs to inform the development of a workforce housing strategy and to adjust other initiatives to support potential housing developments and programs intended to serve the needs of the greater Archuleta County Workforce in 2024 and beyond. The study will cover all of Archuleta County, including the Town of Pagosa Springs, and will focus on current conditions with 3-year and 5-year projections, and should be completed in the 4th quarter of 2024.
