The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for “Preliminary Major Subdivision” for Phase 1 of the Pagosa Views Planned Development. Phase 1 proposes to subdivide 11 acres and prepare 41 residential lots, roads, access, and dedicated open space and trail.
The Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, June 18, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. to consider the Preliminary Major Subdivision application.
Public Hearings and Meetings will be conducted at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. To access the meeting agendas and staff reports, click the round Minutes and Agendas tab located along the bottom of the photo on the Town’s website home page at pagosasprings.co.gov. You may also view the application at mypagosa.org/proposed-development-projects.
