This is an action to quiet title of the parties, along with other relief, related in and to the real property situate in Archuleta County, Colorado, to wit: LOTS 169 AND 170, CHRIS MOUNTAIN VILLAGE AT PAGOSA UNIT TWO, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF FILED FOR RECORD IN THE REAL PROPERTY RECORDS OF ARCHULETA COUNTY, COLORADO ON JUNE 4, 1973 AT RECEPTION NO. 77868.
