During the regularly scheduled Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) Board of Directors meeting March 11, progress and concerns about the inclusion of the Log Park Water Company (LPWC) were discussed.
Board member Roy Vega and district manager Ed Winton were absent from the meeting, and board member Burt Adams joined over the phone.
Board member Glenn Walsh launched into discussing his concerns about the inclusion as soon as the topic was breached.
