Community members are invited to join Healthy Archuleta, doing business as the FSFE Food Coalition, for a community meal and celebration on Saturday, July 23, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. in the athletic field across from Town Park on Hermosa Street.
Community members will enjoy the music of Los Mitotitos, folklorico performances, health booths, children’s activities, food trucks, and will learn about and celebrate the work of Healthy Archuleta. Healthy Archuleta is dedicated to advancing food production, health and community wellness through food/nutrition resource assistance, educational programs, advocacy, systems work and promoting community-driven solutions that lead to a healthier Archuleta.
All are welcome to participate in the event and to join in the many activities of the celebration. Please note that registration for reserving meals will be closed on July 20, however, we ask that you contact us at fsfearchuleta@gmail.com or call (401) 206-4579 to see if there are still meals available. Donations are welcome and will support the event and the many efforts of Healthy Archuleta.
