Habitat Archuleta partners with workforce families in Archuleta County to break the barrier to homeownership. Local families assist in building, then purchase their homes with a mortgage they can afford.
In 2025, Habitat Archuleta will be building three all-electric modular homes equipped with energy efficient-appliances and solar electricity. These homes are deed-restricted to ensure they remain in the community’s affordable inventory while also empowering our partner families to build generational wealth.
