What is fake news and why is it so prominent?
Philosopher Justin McBrayer, professor at Fort Lewis College, will answer these questions and explain why fake news is so rampant in today’s society at the September meeting of the Archuleta Democratic Club.

The club will meet for lunch at the Coyote Moon at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 30.
The Archuleta County Democratic Club meets every month. The club gives local Democrats the opportunity to meet with other Democrats and to hear speakers from the community, meet candidates for local and national offices, and hear about topics of timely interest.
