The Archuleta County Democratic Club will be meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, June 24, at Coyote Moon.
The speaker will be Guinn Unger of the Colorado Health Care Coalition.
We all know people who cannot pay medical bills or who delay or avoid treatment because of the cost of medical treatment. Even people with health insurance face high deductibles and copays. We know that our country spends more than any other developed country and yet gets worse outcomes than other developed countries. Come hear Unger speak about the problems and possible solutions to our health care crisis.
The Archuleta County Democratic Club meets every month. The club gives local Democrats the opportunity to meet with other Democrats and to hear speakers from the community, meet candidates for local and national offices, and hear about topics of timely interest. All are welcome to attend. Please plan on coming by 11:30 a.m. to order lunch.
