THE TOWN OF PAGOSA SPRINGS is seeking to hire a Multijurisdictional Housing Coordinator in the Community Development Division. The Multijurisdictional Housing Coordinator (MHC) will serve both the Town of Pagosa Springs and Archuleta County to advance affordable workforce units. Working closely with both entities, the local Economic Development Corporation, special districts, and prospective developers, the MHC will advance the community's Prop 123 housing growth commitments and development application fast-track goals. The MHC will perform professional, executive, and managerial duties related to planning, directing, organizing, and controlling the administrative processes necessary for workforce housing programs.
