JOIN OUR TEAM Here at ROOT, we are on a mission where it’s not just about what we build, but who we build up. We are looking for a few good leaders to join our crew. Root House is looking for an incredibly action-oriented leader for our Shop Manager, responsible for leading and improving our Relationship-Based and Performance-Driven operations, on both sides of the counter. Root House is also looking to actively grow our coffee subscription program locally and beyond. We are interested in any coffee lover who enjoys sales through building relationships over conversations with and about coffee. Root is hiring a Director of Hospitality + Brand Development. This leadership position will develop better customer and team experiences and help us keep telling a better story through digital media and market growth across all Root brands.
