New Thought Center to hold picnic service Sunday

By Shayla McClure | New Thought Center for Inspirational Living

The Sunday service on Aug. 20 at 11 a.m. will be a picnic service with SpiritHeart Band at Xanadu with Jane Bond and the paneurhythmy dance group: “Sacred Earth Dance Communing with Nature.”

According to Wikipedia, paneurhythmy is a system of physical musical exercises developed by Peter Deunov between 1922 and 1944. It is focused on achieving inner balance and harmonization. The emphasis of the exercises is on giving and receiving, with the goal of creating a conscious exchange with the forces of nature.

Bring a dish and a lawn chair.
