Archuleta County Sheriff's Office issued the following alert Wednesday: "There is a County wide phone outage. Cell phone service is down. In case of an emergency, 911 calls are going to Durango Dispatch and will be transferred to Archuleta County. The source of the outage is being investigated to determine a solution."
