“Our Neighbor Milo” is the collaborative art project of Kelly Lewis and Chad Haspels. The art installment located at Yamaguchi Park was completed in December 2022. A proposal for the project was selected through a competitive process, which included the public arts committee’s recommendations and approval by the Pagosa Springs Town Council.
