At its Oct. 20 meeting, the Pagosa Area Water and Sanitation District (PAWSD) Board of Directors voted to not appoint a representative to the Archuleta County short-term rental (STR) task force and to withdraw its representative to the Pagosa Springs Community Development Corporation (PSCDC) Board of Directors due to concerns about transparency.
