for the ensuing year of 2023; a copy of such proposed budget has been filed in the office of Aspen

Springs Metro District, where the same is open for public inspection; such proposed budget will be

considered at a regular meeting of the Aspen Springs Metro District to be held at 216 Metro Drive on 12-

13-2022 at 6:00 PM. Any interested elector of Aspen Springs Metro District may inspect the proposed

budget and file or register any objections thereto at any time prior to the final adoption of the budget.

within the District may, at any time prior to the final adoption of the Resolution to Amend the

2022 Budget, inspect and file or register any objections thereto.

FOR BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS HEARING ON November 1, 2022

The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for “Final Major Design Review” for 303 S. 7th Street for the construction of multifamily dwelling units. The construction of a single 2-story building will consist of 8 units (2-2 bedroom units and 6-studio units). Density bonus for this project was previously approved by Town Council.

The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing/meeting on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at 5:30 pm to consider a decision on the “Final Design Review” application. 

Public Hearings and Meetings will be conducted at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. Pursuant to C.R.S. §38-26-107, the General Contractor, FCI Constructors, Inc. and all contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, vendors and manufacturers who have provided any materials or labor in connection with this construction project, are hereby notified that Final Settlement on this construction project is scheduled for November 14, 2022. Final settlement will be held at the School’s Administration Office, located at 7 Parelli Way, Pagosa Springs, CO 81147. The General Contractor, or any contractor, subcontractor, supplier, vendor and manufacturer who provided any materials or labor in connection with this construction project, and who claims to have not been paid for all or any portion of such materials or labor, shall submit a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of such claim to Pagosa Peak Open School Building Corporation on or before the date and time scheduled for final settlement.
