WHIPS, Women Helping in Pagosa Springs, will be having their luncheon on Tuesday, Sept. 27, at 11:30 a.m. at Elk Trace B&B on Stevens Lake Road.
The luncheon is $15. A raffle of a Mary Kay Beauty Basket will help benefit the 2023 Scholarship Fund.
