Gov. Jared Polis recently announced the appointment of Jess Ketchum, of Pagosa Springs, to the Board of Assessment Appeals.
The State Board of Assessment Appeals hears appeals filed by real and personal property owners on the valuation placed on their property.
Ketchum’s term expires June 30, 2023.
