At its Aug. 2 meeting, the Pagosa Springs Town Council passed the second reading of Ordinance 986, “Approval to Purchase Parcel Described as Enclave PUD Aspen Village 1 X US Hwy 160,” which will provide the town with new land for its workforce housing project.
