Pagosa Springs
The location of the land proposed in Ordinance 986, “Approval to Purchase Parcel Described as Enclave PUD Aspen Village 1 X US Hwy 160,” which the Pagosa Springs Town Council approved the first reading of at its July 21 meeting. It will potentially add land to the town’s workforce housing project, should the second reading be approved.
At its July 21 meeting, the Pagosa Springs Town Council passed the first reading of Ordinance 986, “Approval to Purchase Parcel Described as Enclave PUD Aspen Village 1 X US Hwy 160,” which will provide the town with new land for its workforce housing project.
