At its July 12 meeting, the Pagosa Springs Planning Commission, acting as the Design Review Board, moved to continue discussions of a major design sketch application for a development that proposes a mixed-use building that spans three lots on Pagosa Street after concerns regarding perceived mass and height of the building emerged.
