Public hearing planned for proposed mixed-use development on Pagosa Street

A public hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, July 12, at 5:30 p.m. to hear comments about a proposed mixed-use development at 232 Pagosa St.

According to a public notice on the project, the approximately 43,800-square-foot development includes a three-story building that includes eight residential condominiums, 1,956 square feet of office space, 3,300 square feet of restaurant space, 17,778 square feet of garage and a 749-square-foot deck.

The developers, Dirty Rose LLC and Reynolds Ash and Associates LLC, submitted an application for a sketch major design review to the Town of Pagosa Springs on June 6. 

The property is being proposed in between Alley House Grille and Pagosa Baking Company.
