The Town of Pagosa Springs has received an application for “Sketch Major Design Review” for the three vacant lats currently addressed as 232 Pagosa Street, for a proposed mixed-use development that includes 3 stories of residential, office and restaurant space over a parking garage. The proposed project is approximately 43,800 GSF. The breakdown of the square footage includes 8 condominiums, 1,956 square feet of office space, 3,300 square feet of restaurant space, 17,778 square feet of garage and a 749 square foot deck. 

The Design Review Board will conduct a public hearing on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, at 5:30 pm to consider the SKETCH Major Design Review Application. 

Public Hearings and Meetings will be conducted at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and available for remote attendance via the Zoom meeting platform. To access the meeting agendas and staff reports, click the round Minutes and Agendas tab located along the bottom of the photo on the Town’s website home page at pagosasprings.co.gov. You may also view the application at mypagosa.org/proposed-development-projects.

The public hearing will be held on Thursday, July 21, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. in the Town Council Chambers at Town Hall at 551 Hot Springs Blvd and/or remote by Zoom meeting. All people wishing to comment should be present at that meeting or have written comments in the office of the Town Clerk no later than 5:00 p.m. on July 18, 2022.
